Sunday Morning Schedule Update

We’re excited about what God is doing at East Pointe! As we prepare for a brand new worship opportunity in the new year, we’ll be making a small change to our Sunday morning schedule.

New Life Groups Start Time

Beginning Sunday, November 2, Life Groups will start at 9:00 AM instead of 9:30 AM.
This extended time will allow for more connection, discussion, and growth together.

New Additional Worship Service Coming in January

We’re thrilled to announce that a brand new 9:00 AM Worship Service will begin on Sunday, January 4, 2026.
This new service will create more space for people to gather, worship, and experience community here at East Pointe.

What You Need to Know

• Life Groups: 9:00 AM start time begins November 2

• New Worship Service: Launching January 4 at 9:00 AM

The Shortest Mission Trip You Will Ever Take

Did you know that every Sunday, you have the opportunity to go on a mission trip — right here at East Pointe?
It’s as simple as serving during one service and worshiping during the other!

Why It Matters

With the launch of our new 9:00 AM Worship Service in January and our continued 10:30 AM Worship Service, we’re excited to see more people connecting with God and community each week. But with that growth comes a new opportunity — and a need — for more volunteers to serve across both hours.

Every role matters — whether it’s greeting at the door, caring for children, running tech, leading worship, or helping behind the scenes. Your service helps create a welcoming environment where others can meet Jesus.

Serve One, Worship One

We’re inviting everyone to consider taking “The Shortest Mission Trip You Will Ever Take” by serving during one service and worshiping during the other.
It’s a small step that makes a big impact — right here at home!

New Life Groups at 10:30 AM

As we expand our Sunday schedule, we’re also excited to add new Life Groups during the 10:30 AM hour. This gives even more opportunities for connection, growth, and discipleship. If you’ve ever thought about joining or leading a group, now is the perfect time! Contact our Life Groups Pastor, Robbie Hinson, at  for more info on how you can get involved in our Life Groups.

How You Can Be Part of It

• Serve: Volunteer during the 9:00 or 10:30 AM service

• Worship: Attend one service

• Connect: Join or lead a new Life Group at 10:30 AM
